Given that a trev's raison d'etre is to get their (figurative) dick sucked, ie adulation and worship from oilpig and management, they know that any assignment is an opportunity to get more dick sucking so they don't want any other trevs to have any share of the credit. They don't believe in teamwork because they think it will deprive them of glory.
