One of the big follies of our Constitution and government is that it puts property rights over human rights.
Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness vs the pursuit of property.
The other issue is the imbalance of the SCOTUS. As the Heritage foundation revealed, if you take control of the SCOTUS you basically take control of the nation. Donald J Trump would be sitting in prison right now if his own court didn't rule him above the law.
