Scooping them up at the local jails & courthouses is the easiest way, even in lib states where ICE is forbidden to go to facilities and nicely pick them up from DUI jail or beat-ur-wife jail, for direct transfer to ICE jail.

In those states ICE cops are waiting patiently outside the jail and/or courthouse exit and take it from there.

I’m happy for Maine at 59%.
