I actually enjoy being constipated. It's an excuse to cram loads of yummy unwashed dried fruit - figs, apricots, sultanas - and drink loads of luvvly Turkish coffee in the knowledge you're about to later to enjoy a fudgy butt-holocaust. This is particularly enjoyable if you do it at work.
