You can only think in ways in which you have been poorly taught.

Breeding uncontrollably is not an accomplishment.

I expect more from humans which includes extremely limited breeding.

The problem with your view is that it conflates biological fitness with societal fitness, which is where eugenics comes from.

Brain function / intelligence isn't really controlled by genetics.
