The Ticker/Name Change
The original investment was in Renewal Fuels, Inc. (RNWF) — an older public shell company. In late 2025 (deal signed around Dec 16–17, 2025), they did a reverse merger with a private company called Kepler Fusion Technologies. Kepler brought the actual business/tech into the public shell.
