Tom LeykisTonight, I made cannelloni for dinner tonight. We just happened to have all the right ingredients and tools on hand to make the dish with ALFREDO SAUCE.
I like it that way, and my wife is trying a change of diet to keep her acid down, so what else am I going to do? Tomatoes are a thing to be avoided for the time being, which can be a bit of a challenge nowadays.
Tomorrow night I'm going to make a vegetable beef and pasta soup, from scratch. I can't use a soup as a base, as they all have tomato in them, so I'm using beef stock.
I'm such a good chef. And husband.

Does that explain all of your attacks against me, Nate?

Oh Spanky, why do you pretend to know anything about cooking? Beef BROTH is what you buy at the grocer to make soup.
Beef STOCK is something you buy at the butcher, indicating shares of a steer, just like a stock market. You can buy 1/4, or 1/2 shares of beef stock.
Now, you really should get to the point where you can boil water without having to buy a new pot. Again.

Tom, once again, demonstrating just how stupid he is.
There is a difference between beef broth and beef stock.

I don't recommend this brand, but this proves that these are two distinct products:

Tom's been buying garbage beef broth.
He didn't even know beef stock was a thing.
I made the foolish mistake of just assuming he used stock.
Only to have Tom, not knowingly, expose himself as an amateur by trying to "correct" me.

Now the demented old man has forgotten a post he made only 13 minutes earlier.
I wonder if he still thinks he got cancer and quit smoking in 2021.
