There is no ingress bandwidth fee.

The big fees are outbound bandwidth fees and archive data retrieval fees. It would be several hundred dollars if I had to recover everything. But I'd happily pay several hundred dollars if I got into that situation.

Seriously though Spanks, without being too specific, what kind of data do you need all that space for? I think all the porn I've downloaded in the last 20 years is less than half that much.

About 5TB of backups and 3TB of NAS storage.

The backups are two copies of all my machines. I have probably 20 machines between physical and virtual. The NAS consists of documents, music, photos, source code, non-SQL data, etc. The data of everyday life I would call it.

This 8TB does not include security camera data which I handle in a different way. I have about 60TB of security camera footage at any given time.
