If he tries to be cute & opens the jails anyway ICE will be back with their lists of illegal criminals & those with existing deportation orders that were ignored.
That’s the best way to get the criminal illegals, and for the ones here illegally but not causing trouble, they won’t get picked up by ICE if they stay out of local jails. That means no DWIs, no beating your babymama etc.

I think ICE will be tracking down those with final deportation orders.

Also a lot of them were deported and the Orders of Deportation were completed, but still in the fingerprint records.
So when they get their next DWI their prints pop up as already left the country, now finally busted for sneaking back in. Instant ICE hold.

Libs - do you have a problem with the fingerprints of DWI or rapist or domestic beater arrests getting compared with “Wanted” databases?
