Yeah. I like lemon pie too. But peach is my favorite. Agree on being overloaded. I don’t mind a bit of tooth in the peaches but I like some mush as well.  Definitely no gel.

Popeyes sells the old mcdonalds style ones - the og food of the gods when you were high - but with a cinammon sugar coating that makes them not as good.

The issue is that these will be deep fried. The filling will probably have to contain cornstarch.

This is a legitimate recipe, but it isn't the one I am going to use.

Why does American cuisine seem to be a race to see how much ultra-processed carbs, salt and shyt you can pack into a single serving before quadrupling its size, deep-frying it and drenching it in HFCS glop?
