Dude is winning every bike race by miles. Sometimes just taking off by himself at the start and riding a whole 100km alone from what I've read?
But he's giving sunglasses away to kids and waiting at the finish line for 2nd place guy to show up so he can hug him and congrat him on a great effort, so no one questions it???
I guess. Lance only got hated and banned for being an asshole... not, necessarily, for being a cheat. Suppose this dude has figured it out, kill them wiff kindness (and, quietly, dope).

Fuq, even Lance came out with a 20 minute tirade denouncing the dope testers for waking dude up in the middle of the night for a test. Sounded like he knew exactly when one should not be tested or something and defended the fuq out of it
