A MAN is thought to have murdered his girlfriend in C?rdoba before hurling himself off the top of a pylon yesterday.

Police say the victim, 30, who had lived with her boyfriend for a year, had never formerly reported any kind of home violence.

A nearby resident called the emergency services at in the region 18.00hrs yesterday when the accused, 34, reportedly went in the region the neighbourhood telling everyone he came across that he had just stabbed his partner to death.
