Problem with the stats
1. They reflect only resolved cases. They cannot attribute race to the perpetrator of crimes without a conviction.
2. This stat does not include unresolved cases.
3. The "less likely to commit the crime" is misleading.
Example: There are 10k murders. 50% less likely to commit murder means they still have committed 50% of murders.
