No, there are no beautiful "native" women. And they weren't "native". Their ancestors came from Asia.
They were a tribal people which meant they were severely inbred due to the small size of the tribes. This is why there was so much rape between tribes. It was a matter of a tribe being too inbred so they naturally wanted to fuq women of another tribe because they had a bit different genetics.

It was cruel of Mother Nature to isolate the Americas so severely that they could not benefit from shared knowledge from the orient or from Europe. They never advanced beyond the Stone Age. No Iron Age, no Bronze Age, no wheel, no beasts of burden, no agriculture, no fabrics, no metals. Just…rocks.

Because the Spanish conquered all the main population centres and most of the chugs who knew how to do agriculture. 
It's a whole different ball game when you have to do your own farming and there's only a smattering of hunter-gatherers on hand.
It must be said though that the Latins have never been too fussy about these things. A few dozen French trappers sired an entire Metis population in deepest Canada. And the area around Veracruz was farmed by black plantation slaves who seem to have disappeared into the spic morass after centuries of miscegenation.
