"The "hit" was him dropping his cellphone not him being hit by the car" - pure fiction that can't be determined from that or any other video.

The other video is a much clearer perspective of what happened. He was on the side of the car when he aimed his weapon even before he fired the first shot. He was further along the side of the vehicle once he started the execution.
