So much video of this incident is already out. In the most widely shared video at this point you can see a woman in a red coat taking video from ten feet away - that video hasn't been seen yet.

That video is now on the internet, and shows the entire incident. Started when ICE confronted the victim for taking video, and tried to help a woman they shoved to the ground.
The victim is a 37 year old US citizen, who worked as a nurse for the Veterans Administration.
