It’s unfortunate to realize that most medical doctors are dull and/or half retarded. They used to be admired as pillars of a community.
It seems to have started in the 1970s when women were allowed access to prestigious universities and encouraged to role play as doctors, but everyone knew they were flaky and weak. But everyone went along with the game, or pretended the glorified nurses were going to be like real doctors. Letting women take up space in medical school opened the door to DEI and more pretending. Not like all the white males were all that & some were dummies, but at least the cream of the crop earned their way to be the respectable ones.
To this day they still don’t really let women play surgeon because that’s a step too far. Almost never see great female surgeons, and if they do get to play pretend for a while it doesn’t last long.

Women lack the strength, grit, confidence & sheer talent & ability to make great surgeons.
Those fuqers who rise to the top are absolute beasts on a mission and don’t stop and don’t give up. If a surgery booked for 3 hours becomes complex they buckle down, take charge, if it takes 10 hrs and excellent decision making and leadership they step up & sacrifice themselves. Women flake out, do half ass, tick tockers more concerned with whining about being tired and picking up Jaxson for soccer practice, bail on the surgery whining about unexpected conditions found, closing up claiming ‘patient safety’ leaving half ass unsolved problems.

Do you know of any truly accomplished female surgeons? It takes decades of dedicated surgery after surgery just to become decent at it. Not Dr Pimple Popper stuff, real surgery.
Women can’t even handle plastic surgery for long, it’s too hard or they realize they are imposters who cannot stand for 8 hrs with any meaningful strength or resilience.

Strong smart Asian males are acceptable as surgeons on a case-by-case basis.
