veggies being “healthy” is such a scam, these plants spent a million years evolving chemical defenses so they dont get eaten, cows need multiple stomachs just to process them properly, its why I always feel like shyt and get inflammation after eating a salad even without seed oil slop dreassing

No. Not all. I “can” eat quite a few of them now. More so then when I was younger. But I don’t prefer most of them vs. proteins. I do like a handful of them like onions and tomatoes and peppers. I would say I actually eat more veggies than fruit. I don’t recall the last time I ate a piece of fruit. But I don’t have much of a sweet tooth.
