That seems pretty reasonable to me, and is probably pretty reasonable to most Americans who aren't cheering on the communist left.

It is utterly unreasonable and a direct violation of the first amendment. The government does not get to decide what can and cannot be reported - PERIOD. Its not confusing, not a "gray area", and not even remotely debatable. Free speech means the press can report whatever it wants - even lies - and the government cannot do one motherfuqing thing about it.

It is utterly hilarious that the same people who lost their fuqing minds over the Biden admin ASKING (not demanding) social media to stop spreading lies about COVID is not totally okay with outright BANNING speech.
