I am reading between the lines of your original post. What you are really saying is, "Please help me with my social disorder." I am replying accordingly.

I wonder if our tendencies towards solipsism stem from weak access to our right brain. Such that dialog that would normally remain internal becomes external. See the star trek episode titled, "The enemy within."
